Blackpepper Teriyaki Bun with Tuna Filing

  1. Put all ingredients into the mixing bowl except the salt and butter
  2. Mix well then add in the salt and butter
  3. Mix to a soft dough and rest for 30 minutes
  4. Divide the dough to 60gm each and shape it
  5. Rest for another 15 minutes
  6. Flatten the dough and put in the filling
  7. Put on the mould and proof to double the size
  8. Brush with egg and pipe some mayonnaise
  9. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes
  10. Take out and brush with teriyaki sauce on it
