Butter Loaf With Prune Filing

  1. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl except salt and butter.
  2. Mix it to a dough then add in the salt and butter, mix to a soft dough.
  3. Take out and rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into 3 pcs and rest for another 10 minutes.
  5. Roll the dough to ½ cm thick and spread the prune filling into it.
  6. Roll it into a swiss roll and cut it.
  7. Then twist the bread and put into the baking tin.
  8. Proof to double the size and bake at 180⁰C for 25 minutes
