Caramel Chocolate Pudding

  1. Caramelize the sugar and water and add in the cream.
  2. Off the heat and add in salt and butter.
  3. Combine the milk, agar powder, cocoa powder, and corn starch and mix together.
  4. Thicken the mixture over low heat.
  5. Slowly add in dark chocolate.
  6. Pour into the mould and keep it in the chiller for 3 hours.

Cream Chantilly

  1. Whip up the non-dairy whipping cream, Millac cream, and icing sugar.
  2. Keep in the chiller.
