DAY BEFORE: Thaw dough the night before in chiller

ACTUAL DAY: Bring to room temperature (24-32 °C) one hour ahead — allow the dough to do its 1st proof within the bag.

  1. Divide 1 piece of dough into 2 equal pieces. With oiled hands, stretch dough into a circle on lightly greased foil pan
  2. Mix tomato sauce with sugar, spread 2 tbsp. Cut 2 slices of ham into smaller pieces. Add ham
  3. Proof the dough until it is puffy (30-60 min)
  4. Bake pizza at 230-250 deg°C on lower rack, on preheated black tray for 10 min.
  5. Add cheese. Bake on upper rack for 6 min until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle herbs on top.
