It’s incredibly simple and perfect for a casual night alone, but decadent enough to share at a dinner party.

  • Milk or Dairy Free Milk 2 cups (480 mL)
  • Organic Chia Seeds ½ cup (104 g)
  • Dutch Process Cocoa Powder ½ cup (48 g)
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener or Sugar ¼ cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp

Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender. Blend for 5 minutes, scraping the inside of the blender after about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour the pudding into four small bowls or cups. Place them in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours or overnight. Top with your favorite whipped topping.
