  • RedMan Self-Raising Flour 1206 60 g
  • Millac UHT Whipping Cream Dairy 38% 1917 180 g
  • RedMan Aluminium foil pans 13795 4 pcs
  • RedMan Salted Lactic Butter 68327 1 tsp
  • RedMan Cocoa powder 213 1 tbsp
  • RedMan Strawberry Pie Filling 105928 4 tbsp

Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

  1. DAY BEFORE – Keep chocolate and unopened eggs at room temperature
  2. Melt chocolate and butter – until just melted.
  3. Whisk in sugar, followed by egg
  4. Stir in self-raising flour gently
  5. Stir in cream until smooth
  6. Grease 4 foil cases (9 cm size) thoroughly with soft butter, dust cocoa powder
  7. Divide into cases, 150 g batter in each.
  8. Bake for 10 min at 190 deg (True fan mode)
  9. (The cake should be set outside but wobbly in centre Serve with a tbsp of strawberry pie filling )
