Method Coriander & Garlic Naan Bread:

  1. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix to a dough.
  2. Add in the salt and mix well.
  3. Rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough to 100 gm, shape it round, and rest for another 15 minutes.
  5. Flatten the dough and put on the tray.
  6. Bake at 240°C for 10 minutes.
  7. Take out and put on the rack.
