Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Mini Round Cake Pans with vegetable pan spray.
  2. Step 2 –In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  3. Step 3 –In medium microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and 1 cup chocolate chips on half power in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour mixture; mix until just combined. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  4. Step 4 –Divide batter evenly among prepared pans, smoothing tops.
  5. Step 5 –Bake 27-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 5 minutes then remove to cooling grid to cool completely.
