Matcha Cookies Base

  1. All ingredients mix together, except the egg white and cream.
  2. Until everything’s mixed like crumble, add in the egg mixture.
  3. Roll in 2mm thin, keep in chiller, and cut the dough using a 6cm round cutter.
  4. Bake in 170°C with fan for 12 minutes. Apply egg white wash and bake for another 3 minutes.

Lime Filling

  1. Mix well.
  2. Pipe a blob of filling in the center of the cookies, cover with another on top and press slightly.
