  1. Melt the Butter: First, melt a portion of the butter and set it aside to cool.
  2. Mix the Liquid Ingredients: In a bowl, beat the eggs and add sugar, condensed milk and vanilla essence Stir well, then mix in the milk.
  3. Add the Dry Ingredients and Butter: Add the glutinous rice flour to the mixture and stir until smooth. Then, incorporate the previously melted butter. Mix thoroughly and sift to ensure no lumps remain.
  4. Chill the Batter: Place the mixed batter in the refrigerator for 4 hours to allow it to fully blend and cool.
  5. Prepare the Oven and Mold: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, melt another portion of butter to grease the mold.
  6. Pour the Batter and Bake: Pour the chilled batter into the prepared mold, filling it up to 80% full. Put the mold in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
