Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

  1. Roast the peppers, remove the outer skin, cut them into strips and blend them with the Granoro DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil , a pinch of salt and the basil.
  2. Cook the Pennoni Millerighi Granoro in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente and season them with the cream of blended peppers, the cream and the grated parmesan.
  3. Mix everything together and serve.
