作法

  1. 前一天將葡萄酵母種先養好,放置室溫一夜。
  2. 除了堅果料之外,將所有材料倒入攪拌缸裡進行攪拌。
  3. 攪拌至出筋成團後,取出所需的皮部分,剩下的麵糰倒入堅果料繼續攪拌。
  4. 攪拌至所有堅果料和麵糰混合均勻,即可起鋼。
  5. 將皮和含堅果料的麵糰分別分開,放置冰箱一夜,隔日使用。

作法

  1. 将糖和水先行混合。
  2. 加入葡萄干和麦芽精。
  3. 将混合物放置一个礼拜。
