Instructions

Bake Mode

Prevent your screen from going dark as you follow along.

  1. Soak the egg white, dried cranberry, strawberry emulco, and Kirschwasser flavour together.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar.
  3. Mix well with cake flour and corn flour.
  4. Add in step-1 mixture, combine to become dough.
  5. Roll to 230g each into long strips and keep in chiller for 30 minutes.
  6. Take out, egg white wash, and coat with sugar.
  7. Slice to 1cm each.
  8. Bake in 160°C for 15 minutes, check.
  9. Take out and put on the rack to cool down.
