作法

  1. 將葛粉和少許水先混合溶解備用
  2. 將水先煮滾後加入寒天粉,攪拌均勻至無顆粒狀
  3. 接著加入三溫塘煮至糖完全溶解
  4. 將兩種不同的紅豆餡加入液體中混合攪拌均勻,繼續煮至沸騰
  5. 沸騰後加入剛剛準備好的葛粉水,攪拌均勻後關火
  6. 將羊羹過篩後,以隔水降溫的方式,降至45度到50度
  7. 倒入羊羹模型中,放入冰箱等待凝固
  8. 將冷卻的紅豆水羊羹分割成喜歡的大小食用
