Returns & Refund Policy

At RedManShop.com, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you experience an issue with your order, our returns and refund policy is designed to provide a fair resolution. Any issues with your online order must be reported to our Customer Service team within 7 business days of receiving your order so that we can assist you promptly.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For perishable items, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if you identify any issues.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please:

    • Contact our customer service team at assistance@phoonhuat.com or via WhatsApp at +65 97762157 with your order details, including order id.
    • Provide clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.
    • Await further instructions from our team regarding the return process.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund if the return is approved.  Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • For online payments, the amount will be credited back you in the form of a voucher valid for three (3) months, which can be used for future purchases at redmanshop.com
  • For store credits or exchanges, we will process them promptly after approval.
  • Refunds will not be processed in any other form unless deemed necessary by PHPL.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods that have been opened or used.
  • Items that have exceeded the seven (7) days return window.
  • Products not purchased directly from RedManShop.com.
  • The item is part of a promotion or if the item has been given free of charge
  • The item is chilled or frozen and condition of which has been acknowledged upon receipt
  • We are unable to accept returns on food items. This policy is in place to prioritise the safety and well-being of all our customers, as we cannot guarantee the quality or integrity of food products once they leave our premises.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange for an exchange whenever possible. If an exchange is not available, we will offer a store credit.
  • For missing items, replacements can only be processed online, and the issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
