We want to make receiving your Redman orders as smooth as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process.
Our delivery service is available only for addresses in mainland Singapore and Sentosa.
All delivery charges will be calculated and paid at checkout.
We do our best to deliver your order within the date and time frame you select. However, please note that all delivery times are approximate, as we depend on courier service operations.
While we aim to fulfill deliveries within the selected timeframe, we appreciate your understanding in case of any unforeseen delays.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please make sure that someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time. The recipient must have the Collection Email to successfully accept the delivery.
Once your order has been delivered to your selected address, it will be marked as “Completed” on our website or mobile app.
If we do not hear from you within one (1) working day regarding an uncollected order, we reserve the right to dispose of all perishable goods in your order without liability or refunds.
